Advisory and business development

Introductions to the people your business should be talking to.

We find the businesses and people worth meeting, and arrange a first conversation on terms that suit you. Everything is handled discreetly, and nothing moves without your agreement.

What we arrange

I

Qualified sales meetings

For B2B teams that want more first meetings with the right decision makers. We research the market with you, approach the businesses that fit, and book a meeting only when someone has agreed to talk about what you offer. You pay for each meeting we book, with no upfront fee.

II

Confidential conversations for owners

For owners who are thinking about selling, now or in a few years. We arrange a private valuation conversation with an experienced M&A specialist, so you can understand what your business might be worth and what a sale would involve. There is no obligation, and your details go no further without your say.

III

Specialist introductions

For organisations that need a particular kind of expertise, such as facilities and cleaning, or a review of how ready they are for a cyber incident. We introduce you to a specialist suited to the brief and step back once you're talking.

How we work

It starts with a conversation about who you want to meet and why. We ask what a good introduction looks like for you, which businesses or people you'd rather avoid, and how you prefer to be approached.

We then do the groundwork. We research the field, make a careful first approach on your behalf and only arrange an introduction when there is genuine interest on both sides. Before anything is booked, you see who it is and why we think the conversation is worth having.

Once you're introduced, the conversation is yours. We stay on hand to help with timing and follow-up, and we'll tell you plainly if a meeting isn't the right fit.

Who we work with

Business-to-business firms in the UK and the United States that sell a considered service and want steadier access to the people who buy it. Consultancies, technology and IT firms, agencies, recruiters and specialist service providers are typical.

Owner-managed businesses, often family run or founder led, where the owner has started to think about what comes next and wants a quiet, well-informed conversation before deciding anything.

We don't publish the names of the businesses we work with, and we won't share yours.

Questions

What does it cost?
For sales meetings, you pay for each meeting we book and there is no upfront fee. Owners exploring a sale and businesses we introduce to a specialist are not charged for the introduction.
Is everything kept confidential?
Yes. We share your details only with people you've agreed to meet, and only once you've agreed. Conversations with owners about a possible sale are handled with particular care.
Do you promise a set number of meetings?
No. We arrange an introduction only when there is real interest on both sides, so the number depends on your market and how specific the brief is.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes. We work with businesses in the UK and the United States, and arrange meetings by phone or video to suit both sides.
What happens after an introduction?
You take the conversation forward on your own terms. We're available if you'd like help with next steps, and we never sit in on a meeting unless you ask us to.
